Refund Policy:
AA full refund, less $50 for administration fees, will be allowed if requested by February 1, 2010. No refunds will be allowed after that date; however, you may nominate a substitute delegate without any further cost. Refund of accommodation deposit shall be at the discretion of the hotel.
